One person is dead after their car hit a tree in Greenville county, according to state troopers.Master Trooper Gary Miller said the crash happened at 11:23 a.m. Saturday on US-123 near Rison Road.Troopers say the driver of a 2001 Honda Accord was traveling north when they went off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.The driver was taken to Greenville Memorial hospital,
