The Open Hearth restaurant hasn’t served a dine-in customer since March 17, but the owners turned to dolls to pump up its business.On Wednesday night, a real life owner of the Open Hearth restaurant greeted diners and sat them next to a couple of blow-up dolls.Rather than blocking off tables to achieve social distancing or making sure customers are seated at least six feet apart,
