SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) – Spartanburg County deputies said a man was arrested Wednesday on five sex crimes after a 13-year-old victim revealed she had been abused.

Deputies said they began investigating on September 10 when the victim’s mother came to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office to report the abuse.
