A crash involving injuries is blocking traffic Sunday night on Interstate 85 southbound, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.The Highway Patrol’s website shows the crash happened around 5:45 p.m. and has southbound traffic backed up for miles.Video from Highway Patrol’s traffic cameras show a backup at mile marker 89.
