COLUMBIA, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control announced Saturday that the number of positive coronavirus cases in the state have climbed to 173 cases in 30 counties.

In their announcement, DHEC says that 12 of the 46 new cases are in the Upstate,
