Anderson, SC (FOX Carolina) – The Anderson County Coroner’s Office has confirmed an Anderson Police officer has died following a head-on collision Friday morning.

Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol say the crash happened around 6:09 a.m. on SC 24 about five miles west of Anderson.
