A pedestrian has died after getting hit by a car early Friday and the driver fled the scene, according to the coroner.The victim was found on the 2200 block of Montague Avenue Extension at 12:23 a.m. Friday, the coroner said.The victim died at Self Regional Medical Center.The coroner has not released the victim’s name.Officials do not yet have a description of the vehicle involved, according
