Spartanburg police are looking for a shooter after one man was killed and another was injured Thursday afternoon in a shooting in a Spartanburg neighborhood, police said.Terrell Antonio Cohen, 40, of Spartanburg, was pronounced dead at the scene, Spartanburg Coroner Rusty Clevenger said.Jolyne Shamor Nijer Rector-Mills, 17, of Spartanburg is wanted for Cohen’s murder, according to Maj.
