Carolina Panthers GM Scott Fitterer joins Off the Clock just after being named to the job.

During his interview with WCNC Charlotte’s Nick Carboni, Fitterer talks about how he wants to build a sustained winning franchise with the Panthers. He also discusses the attributes he looks for when scouting NFL quarterbacks and his philosophy for building a competitive roster.

Fitterer also expands upon his relationship with Panthers head coach Matt Rhlue and how they will work together as partners under the ownership of David Tepper.
