We are still going to our customers for their repairs during this time. The mobile on-site, come to you, service is our specialty! For your safety, our safety, and our other customer’s safety, we take all the recommended precautions. Our technicians will not shake your hand. We will simply greet you with a smile and hello. If our technicians have any health symptoms, they are not allowed to do repairs.

When we obtain your device from you, we immediately wipe the device down in our work van with a Clorox wipe that kills 99.99% of known virus’. After the repair, we once again wipe the phone down with a Clorox wipe, clean and shine the device, and immediately put the device in a air bubble envelop for our customers.
