Black Voter Day in South Carolina to take place Tuesday

Tuesday marks Black Voter Day in South Carolina. State Rep. Rosalyn Henderson-Myers (D-Spartanburg) says the SC House of Representatives designated the day for the first time this year. Henderson-Myers introduced the resolution. The effort is centered around increasing the number of Black votes that are cast in the 2020 election in South Carolina. “Concern about Black voters not exercising their right to vote,” said Henderson-Myers.
