An Upstate man has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery in North Carolina, according to officials with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.Stephon Lovell Kerns, 32, of Spartanburg was arrested Tuesday for armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon, officials said.According to officials, on Dec 21, the HomeTrust Bank located on Butler Road in Forest City, was robbed at gunpoint.Detectives with
