
Roger Kibbe, the convicted “I-5 Strangler,” was found strangled inside a California prison, according to an autopsy performed by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.Kibbe, 81, was found unresponsive in his cell in Mule Street State Prison around 12:40 a.m. Sunday.
