Two Upstate volunteers got quite the surprise Friday when coworkers celebrated their birthdays.Fran Curran and Julia Young both volunteer at Spartanburg’s St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic and both turn 90 on Sunday.The treasured volunteers donned sashes and crowns at a surprise party, as friends and coworkers called them “90 and fabulous.””There’s a lot of nice people here,” Curran said.Both women have been volunteering their time
