Dozens of protests marched through Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood Friday afternoon and blocked a main thoroughfare.A march stopped on E. Market Street with people quickly setting up barriers to shut down the entire road in the heart of the neighborhood. Just before 5 p.m., police could be heard saying crowds must disperse or they would start making arrests and would consider releasing chemical agents.
