1. Graveyard Cake

For the chocolate cake:

– 6 eggs
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 2Β½ cups sugar
– 4 cups flour
– 2 tsp baking powder
– Β½ cup cocoa powder
– 1Β½ cups milk

For the chocolate frosting:

– ΒΎ cup coconut milk
– β…” cup cream cheese
– β…” cup heavy cream
– ΒΌ cup Nutella

Extra:

– 9 in x 9 in cake pan
– 9 Oreos
– gummy worms & gummy bats

Here’s How:

1.1 Beat the eggs, oil, and sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and alternate between stirring in this mixture and the milk with the rest. Transfer the batter to a greased and floured cake pan and bake it at 350Β°F for 70-80 minutes. Use a toothpick to see if the cake is done all the way through. Once it’s out of the oven, let it cool in the cake pan.

1.2 Cut off the uneven top of the cake and set it aside for later. For the chocolate frosting, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix everything until you get a creamy consistency. The spread the frosting over the cake.

1.3 Cut small corners off of the Oreos so that they look like small tombstones. Set the cut-off pieces aside for later.

1.4 Put the small Oreo tombstones into the frosting on the cake.

1.5 Sprinkle the cake and Oreo crumbs you set aside earlier all over the cake. Add a few gummy worms and gummy bats for the finishing touch.

2. Zombie Doll Cake

For the chocolate bundt cake:

– 2 sticks butter, softened
– 1β…” cups powdered sugar
– 4 eggs
– 2Β½ cups flour
– Β½ cup cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 cup milk
– 1ΒΌ cups dark chocolate chips

For the coconut cream frosting:

– ΒΎ cup coconut milk
– ΒΎ cup cream cheese
– β…” cup heavy cream
– ΒΌ cup cranberry black cherry juice
– ΒΌ cup powdered sugar

Extra:

– 9-inch bundt pan
– 2 plain donuts
– 1 zombie doll
– strawberry syrup

Here’s How:

2.1 Beat the butter and sugar until frothy and then add the eggs in one by one. Mix the flour and cocoa and baking powder and then alternate between stirring in the flour mixture and the milk with the rest of the ingredients. Use a hand mixer to mix everything for another 2 minutes, then add the chocolate chips. Transfer the cake batter to a bundt pan and bake at 350Β°F for 60-70 minutes. Use a toothpick to see if the cake is done all the way through. Let the cake cool off and then remove it from the bundt pan.

2.2 For the coconut cream frosting, add all the ingredients to a bowl and beat them with a hand mixer. Transfer the frosting to 2 piping bags with star-shaped nozzles (one small and one large). Put the cake on a platter and then place 2 plain donuts on top. Use a little bit of frosting to “glue” the donuts to the cake.

2.3 Now start decorating the cake with the frosting using the pipe with the larger nozzle. Start piping large rosettes all around the cake, starting from the bottom. Use the piping bag with the smaller nozzle for the donuts.

2.4 Stick the zombie doll through the holes in the donuts. For the fake blood, use a syringe or pipette and spread the strawberry syrup on the cake.
