Governor Cooper and the US Health and Human Services secretary will be in Charlotte Wednesday pushing for more people to get vaccinated.

This comes as the state draws its next $1 million vaccine lottery winner.

The lottery was created for eligible Tarheel residents who’ve received at least one shot of a COVID-19 vaccination as a way to convince more people to roll up their sleeves.
