About Brook Bristow:
Brook Bristow is one of the nation’s leading craft beverage attorneys and is the founder of Bristow Beverage Law, a South Carolina-based law firm which primarily focuses on the representation of those in the craft beer, wine, and spirits industries. He serves as the president of the Craft Beer Attorney Coalition, is a co-founder of Greenville Craft Beer Week, and is a past winner of the prestigious F.X. Matt Defense of the Small Brewing Industry Award, which is awarded by the national Brewers Association in recognition of giving aid and support to the causes of small and independent brewers. A prominent advocate for alcohol law modernization in the South, he also serves as the Executive Director of the South Carolina Brewers Guild.
About Bill Davis:
Bill Davis is the co-owner and general manager of Thomas Creek Brewery. With an architectural degree from Clemson University and a 40 year career of architecture behind him, Bill is now onto his second career at the brewery. He is also the OFFICIAL Tastemaster!
