Stefan Sanders conducts: Beethoven no. 5

Sep 16, 2017 @ 7:00 pm  —  Sep 16, 2017 @ 9:00pm

The Spartanburg Philharmonic Orchestra is in the process of hiring a new conductor, and we’re counting on the audience to help us decide! The SPO kicks off “Project Maestro” with Stefan Sanders conducting two of the greatest symphonies in Western Art music: Mozart’s Symphony no. 39 and Beethoven’s Symphony no. 5.

The concert will also feature South Carolina’s own Claire Bryant on the cello in Tchaikovsky’s “Variations on a Rococo Theme.”

Join us at the concert hall, enjoy beautiful masterworks, and share your voice in selecting the next Maestro of Music in Spartanburg!
