We’re so excited that Jamie Scott Fitness is joining our #yeahthatgreenville community. To celebrate, Jamie Scott will be leading our complimentary Saturday morning sweat session on September 15th at 9:00 a.m.
Jamie will be leading us through a signature JSF MAX class. This 30 minute class will leave you breathless: utilizing plyometric moves and body weight exercises to push you to maximum levels of exertion for short periods then allowing for standing rest after each work segment. Don’t forget your comfy shoes and water.
