“It’s a real honor to return to my home state and share my South Carolina style whole hog barbecue with euphoria again this year,” explained Chef Elliott Moss, also the author of the new Buxton Hall Barbecue’s Book of Smoke, who will join euphoria for both the ticket launch in April and the festival in September.
Mark your calendars: euphoria will begin accepting entries from kids ages 8-16 for its 3rd annual kids cooking competition – Healthy Lunchtime Throwdown – on March 27th, 2017. Finalists will compete Sunday, September 24th with Michelin chefs by their side; the winning dish will be incorporated into all Greenville County Schools.
